I never thought private practice would be the direction I would go when I started my Audiology journey. I had the opportunity to join the Cornerstone Family when I was a fourth year student mostly because I wanted to stay in the Lubbock area. I didn’t have any hearing aid experience, but instantly knew that I was at the right place when I started working in the clinic. I learned so much about fitting hearing aids in that time and my perspective totally changed. I was truly able to help people and continue to serve them long term with the resources to provide excellent care to everyone that walked in the door. Aside from loving what I was able to do at Cornerstone, I grew to love the place I worked and who I worked with. Cornerstone is one of those once in a lifetime places to work. Everyone cares about each other and about our patients. I love coming to work because I love what I do, but I also truly love WHO I work with more than anything. Cornerstone Audiology is a place that is growing and innovative but still holds on to the values of a small business. I could not imagine working at a better place.

The best part about working at Cornerstone Audiology are the patient connections we make. One of our favorite sayings is “where patients are treated like family” and that is exactly who we are.
