By having a 10-step protocol in place, we are operating with the following ‘Lubbock Safe’ guidelines:

If you have an appointment, please call when you arrive – 806-687-4327
We will maintain required 25% occupancy limit
Patients are seen by appointment only – and must remain in their car until invited inside
Forehead temperature will be taken upon arrival
Questions will be asked about COVID-19 exposure during the confirmation of appointment 24 hours before
Patients are encouraged to wear face-covering
Providers will be wearing masks during your appointment and changing gloves between patients
Work areas are clean and sanitized every 30 minutes
Loved ones of patients are limited to only those who are essential for the care of the patient
Clean and checks will continue to be performed curb-side, please call for service: 806-687-4327

Dr. Julie Hubik, Au.D., CCC-A - Doctor of Audiology & CEO

Dr. Hubik is the owner and founder of one of West Texas' most trusted and professional hearing providers, Cornerstone Audiology. She received her bachelor of science degree in communication disorders as well as her doctorate of audiology from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). In her youth, Dr. Hubik became interested in helping people with a hearing loss to communicate more effectively and therefore pursued a degree in this field. Dr. Hubik was born and raised in Anton, Texas, and appreciates working with the people of West Texas. She and her team are proud to serve the hearing needs of their community.
