Hi there! We hope this email finds you healthy and safe.

Since West Texas has experienced a surge in COVID cases, we want to make sure you realize that we are taking every precaution to ensure your safety.

Our team is carefully scheduling patients so that there is never a waiting room full of people. We are wearing masks and gloves to your appointment and disinfecting between each patient.

In our Lubbock Office, because we have more patients coming through, we hired ServPro to do a preventative fog and disinfectant this past weekend.

Curb-Side Cleanings and Hearing aid Service is also available at all 3 of our locations.  Patients may have their hearing aids cleaned and serviced without leaving the safety of their vehicles.

We love you and our team and are committed to offering the highest level of hearing care in the safest way possible!  As always, if you need anything, whether it is hearing related or not, don’t hesitate to ask.

We wanted to be sure and let our patients know that we are moving forward with some changes in our Snyder Office!

That office is getting a make-over!

We will now have our own waiting area, and the entrance to the office is going to be moved to the opposite side of the building for better access to parking.

Thank you for your patience as we make this transition!

Also, Dr. Courtney Arnold will now be seeing patients in Snyder, and Dr. Marisha Beck will focus on our office in Big Spring as we prepare to launch a tinnitus treatment center in that office!

Our first day seeing patients in Snyder is August 4th! We will be going to Snyder two times per month to start.

Tell your friends in Snyder to come see us!

We have been busy making videos to answer frequently asked questions in the hearing aid world.

The Academy Award Goes To…

In June we asked patients to send in a story about something good, funny, or interesting that happened since quarantine began.

Our own Sylvia Ashby is the winner!
Sylvia is a playwright in Lubbock and is quite amazing.

As a team, Cornerstone went to the LHUCA last winter to watch her production of Orphan Train and loved it!

Sylvia really outdid herself in this contest and wrote a play called,
Sheltering Out of Place”.

See an excerpt of her work, below. Thank you, Sylvia, for your creativity!

We adore you!

Mark Moudy wins the award for lost hearing aid of the month!

The goat got it! Only in the South!  – Sorry, Mark… but what a great story!

We are giving away gift cards to “Stacked Restaurant” for the month of July and August for every patient referral you send who moves forward with better hearing.

Refer your friends today and we will buy your breakfast or lunch! The baked cod is wonderful… so are the pancakes, trust me!

1#  Hearing Changes and your hearing aids need to be reprogrammed based on your current prescription.

2#  If you don’t wear hearing aids, we need to monitor your hearing annually for changes.

3#  After a hearing check, we check for software updates in your hearing aids and clean them thoroughly

4#  During COVID-19, if restrictions resume in the fall, it will be great to have a current hearing test out of the way, it ensures that our office can see you virtually going forward if you have a problem or need a hearing aid adjustment.

I’ve recently been getting such great compliments on our team at Cornerstone and wanted to share!

“Courtney takes good care of me!”
